Project cargo fails on details, not distance: a bridge with the wrong rating, a berth without the right crane, a permit that takes six weeks. We plan backwards from the installation date and the site itself — access roads, laydown area, crane pads — then build the routing, equipment and permit schedule to match. Turbines, transformers, pressure vessels, mining plant, modular skids and complete production lines move under one engineered plan with a single project manager accountable for it.

• Out-of-gauge and heavy lift

  Single pieces beyond container dimensions or standard road limits, moved with engineered lifting, sea-fastening and lashing calculations, marine-warranty surveyor attendance and load-out supervision at both ends.

• Permits, escorts and civil works

  Oversize and overweight permits by jurisdiction, police and pilot-car escorts, utility lift and traffic management, plus temporary civil works such as road plating, ramping and hardstand where the route requires it.

• Site delivery and multi-shipment programs

  Phased delivery sequenced to the construction schedule, marshalling yards near site, inventory control across hundreds of shipments and consolidated reporting for EPC contractors and owners.
